Introduction

These terms of service govern your use of the Farzey store, operated by Farzey. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

To use the store and place orders you must have full legal capacity and be at least 18 years old.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (20%). Any import duties outside the country of delivery are paid by the buyer.

A contract is formed once you receive an email confirming your order.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. The estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.

You have a 14-day right of return in accordance with our Refund Policy. Faulty products are eligible for a full refund.

All content in the store (text, graphics, logos) is protected by law and belongs to the store or its licensors.

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not cover indirect damages.

Matters not covered here are governed by the law applicable in GB.
