1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for items purchased through our online store. You have 30 calendar days from the date your package arrives at your delivery address to initiate a return request.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, returned merchandise must adhere to the following standards:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of initial delivery.
  • Products must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original, resalable condition.
  • All original product tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact and attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, final sale items, intimate apparel/bodysuits, earrings, and digital gift cards cannot be returned.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service desk at info@farzey.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Include your full name, original order number, and reason for the return in your message.
  3. Once approved, our team will provide you with full return instructions and the authorized return address.
  4. Important: Please do not ship items back without prior email authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed correctly.

4. Return Shipping Expenses

  • Customer Preference / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or prefer a different color, the buyer is responsible for return postage fees. We strongly advise using a trackable courier service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), as Farzey cannot be held liable for lost return shipments.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect due to our error, Farzey will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Contact info@farzey.com immediately with clear photos of the defect, and we will issue a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Issuance & Processing Schedules

  • Inspection: Upon arrival at our center, returned parcels are inspected within 3 business days.
  • Refund Approval: Once approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Bank Credit Timeframe: Please note that financial institutions and credit card providers may require an additional 3–5 business days to display refunded funds on your account statement.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to follow our standard return process for a refund. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate online order for the replacement item directly on our store.

7. Order Cancellation Window

Requests to cancel an order must be emailed to info@farzey.com within 12 hours of purchase. If your package has already entered fulfillment or dispatch, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return after delivery.
