Refund Policy

Return conditions

We accept returns across the UK. We accept both faulty and unwanted products, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to notify us of a return.

Return process and postage costs

To start a return, get in touch with us at info@farzey.com. Return postage is paid by the customer (except for faulty items, where we cover the cost).

Condition of returned goods

Products must be unused, with their original tags and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your parcel, we will refund the full amount within 14 days to your original payment method.

No restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned products.

Right to cancel (UK — 14 days)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our voluntary return window is longer than this statutory minimum.
